A Message from our President
I want to thank Trish Raymond for her presentation in October. I wasnt there but was given a set of the handouts. They were very comprehensive and I have to say I was surprised at some of numbers. Thanks again Trish.
I am excited to let everyone know that in November we are going to have a repeat visit from one of speakers from a few years ago, Michael Angelo Caruso. In his previous presentation Michael awed all in attendance. Michael is the founder and president of Edison House LLC which is an international consulting firm specializing in corporate and personal improvement. He has given over 2,000 presentations in 49 states, Africa, the Middle East, and the Caribbean. Just of few of his clients are Bank One, Ray-O-Vac, The Taubman Co., US Navy, Bowling Green University, and AT&T. IN fact early in the day he speaks to us he will give a presentation In Las Vegas.
Michael is always looking for ways to improve himself. He attended a seminar in Las Vegas on using the internet and this is what he is going to talk to us about. This will be a deeper presentation than what we are used to hearing. We usually hear things like advertise our properties on this site or that site. Michael is going to talk about leveraging the internet for real estate profits. Fortunately for us Michael is from our local area and a neighbor of one of our board members. We are fortunate to have a presenter of this caliber come to our group. This a meeting you want to attend. Check out Michaels web site at Edisonhouse.com.
It is estimated that in 2008, over 97% of renters will use the Internet exclusively to find their next home.
