

1.To ensure that membership continues to be reserved to those who are already achievers in the field of real estate and who are assets and active participants to the beneficial support of other members. Membership shall be reserved to those who enforce the ideals of QUALITY INCOME PROPERTY with QUALITY MANAGEMENT skills and reflect a positive image for the Club.
2. To insure that membership shall be held to a select number so that the ideals of the Club can be maintained with an emphasis on QUALITY rather than QUANTITY and which will also provide a feeling of camaraderie and mutual support on a one-to-one basis among the membership.
3.To provide membership with a program agenda that inspires, motivates,informs,and encourages members to stretch to a higher level of investment activity. Various investment opportunities will be explored to stimulate thinking, possibilities, and real situations. The agenda must strive for excellence to encourage members to stretch rather than have the agenda ideals be lowered to maintain a status quo or mediocre thinking.
4. To strive for excellence in all aspects and events of the Club and to bring a feeling of importance to each member.
5.To support members with a positive, upward thinking and to encourage and inspire each member to explore, develop,and utilize their talents, abilities, and skills.
6. To support members in accomplishing their goals, when appropriate, and recognizing them when they do.
7. To provide a forum to membership with emphasis on the sharing of information and ideas as well as the obtaining of information and ideas. Such information shall include the sharing of real estate and interclub information, educational opportunities, the exchange of new ideas, and changes in the real estate market.
8. To ensure that members are presented with information regarding community issues on national,state and local levels, that affect members as income property professionals, so that appropriate action can be taken, if any, either as individuals or as a group.
9. If appropriate, gives support for opposing any negative influences that may affect the income property professional.
10. To arrange for appropriate recognition and awards of members where warranted.
11. As appropriate, promotes the income property professional as a necessary and real benefactor to the community.
